Sour Jelly Beans: 4/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 I can not even tell you how excited I was to see this brand new item! I am OBSESSED with sour, chewy candy. It is my ultimate weakness 😂 With #traderjoes super sour Scandinavian swimmers not being sour at all, I was hoping these jelly beans actually would be sour. Boy oh boy they ARE! But, the sour taste to them almost tasted like astringent and chemicals. There was something odd tasting about these jelly beans. I was hoping after the sour flavor wore off, the sweetness and deliciousness of the different flavors would shine through, but the fruity flavors ended up not being all that prominent either and didn’t make up for the chemical taste. With the new tangy turtles coming out before these jelly beans, this is the second sour candy from TJ’s I wouldn’t buy again 😭 Each bag is $1.99.
