Cocoa Baton Wafer Cookies: 8.5/10
These wafer cookies are a delicious wafer straw cookie with rich chocolate lining the inside. Trader Joe’s does baton wafer cookies so well! I have loved every flavor I’ve tried, and chocolate is my favorite so far. The wafer was flaky while still being sturdy and was packed with just the right amount of chocolate filling. These chocolate baton wafers would be amazing dipped in hot chocolate during winter time or as on top of ice cream. I really enjoyed these cookies, and I will definitely be repurchasing. Each tin is $1.99 and comes with about a dozen batons.
