🚨NEW ITEM🚨 I absolutely love spicy food, so I was so excited to see this brand new hot sauce join the #traderjoes shelves. Some hot sauces to me taste pretty one dimensional with heat being the only flavor, but I loved that this brand new peri-peri sauce was full of rich and creamy flavor AND spice! Peri-peri sauce is from South Africa and is made with lemon juice, fermented chiles, oil, garlic, salt, and Chile flakes. The heat in this sauce is unreal and a little goes a long way! The creaminess of it was so unique and, while it didn’t tame the spice down any, it added an incredible richness to the spice. I also enjoyed that the tang in this sauce came from lemon juice and not vinegar like most hot sauces use. I made honey Aleppo wings and added this peri-peri sauce on top for the most delicious meal. Each bottle is $3.29.
