Cheddar Cheese with Caramelized Onion: 10/10
This is one of the first cheeses I tried from #traderjoes way back when and it is one of the best! The cheddar itself is so creamy and tastes delicious and sharp. Caramelized onions are mixed throughout this cheese and give it such a tasty sweetness. The savory sharpness of the cheddar mixed with the rich, sweetness of the onions truly is a perfect combination of flavors. This cheese is so flavorful and bold and really is an amazing statement cheese to include on a board. I use this cheese in my French onion soup recipe, on charcuterie boards, and in grilled cheeses. It’s perfect! This cheese is $8.99/lb.
