Port Salut: 7.5/10 This is a semi soft cheese from France. It is made from cow’s milk and has a very mild, smooth flavor. It’s a very solid, delicious cheese that would go well on any cheese board this holiday season! Have you tried it yet? What do you think?

Raises the Bar: 7/10 This bar is very similar to your standard chocolate chip granola bar. The mullet and buckwheat make this bar heartier and chewier. I wish it had a little more flavor, but the large chocolate chunks make up for that. Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
