Dark Russet Potato Chips: 9/10
I’ve never identified with the potato chip slogan “bet you can’t eat just one” until NOW. These are amazing 🤤 They are perfectly crispy and salty. These chips are not dark because they are overcooked. Russet potatoes have a higher sugar content, so when cooked or fried, the sugars caramelize giving the chips a darker color. I honestly think I could eat the bag all in one sitting! I am pleasantly surprised with this new item.
