Vanilla Bean Cashew Yogurt: 5/10
I was very excited to try this yogurt because I love cashew milk and vanilla bean is one of my favorite flavors. This yogurt, however, was very average to me. The yogurt itself was not super thick and almost felt like it had been watered down. It tasted that way too! The cashew milk is obviously made with water so that could’ve been why, but I couldn’t get over the fact that it tasted like someone had poured water in my yogurt. The vanilla bean flavor was pretty good, but nothing super special and a little too sweet for my taste. Another thing I could’ve done without were the little clumps in this yogurt… I don’t know what ingredient was making it clump? Perhaps the starch! Each yogurt is $1.69, and while I didn’t think this was terrible, I much prefer other yogurts to this.
