Trader Joe’s Pepita Salsa Reviews

Pepita Salsa: 8/10

This delicious salsa is filled with tomatoes, peppers, and chopped pepitas (pumpkin seeds). It is spicier then I expected and surprisingly sweet. It has a hint of nuttiness from the pepita seeds, and you can taste the crunch of the seeds in every bite. It is a very solid salsa, and I would definitely buy again for $2.99 a jar.

  1. Garlic chipotle salsa is the best bottled salsa I have found. I use the corn salsa on top of layered bean dip. The sweet/sour combo on the shredded lettuce or cabbage takes it over the top!

  2. So spicy! I was looking for the fall salsa and they’d already run out so I was told to get this. Love the flavoring, don’t like the kick that distracts. It’s surprising because the ingredients don’t list anything that looks like fiery heat, BUT it’s bearable. TJ’s salsa verde is a staple for me.
