Kale Cashew and Basil Pesto: 8.5/10
I am so happy this pesto is #whole30 approved because it is delicious. It’s a blend of kale and basil with cashew butter, olive oil, and lemon. The cashew butter adds the perfect nutty taste to it that you would usually get from the #cheese and pine nuts in pesto. I honestly could not tell a difference between this vegan #pesto and a traditional pesto. I even liked this better than #traderjoes normal pesto because it was not overly citrusy or acidic! For $3.79, I definitely recommend giving this pesto a try!
