Organic Silver Dollar Pancakes: 7.5/10
On this beautiful Sunday morning, I am craving pancakes! Come February when Whole30 is over, I will be eating lots of Valentine’s Day pancakes 💕 These adorable silver dollar pancakes are so convenient and easy to whip up. They come in the frozen breakfast section and are slightly sweet, chewy, fluffy mini pancakes. The best part about them is topping them with delicious toppings like maple butter, Nutella (I soo wish Trader Joe’s had a better chocolate hazelnut spread), and fresh fruit! On their own, they are a 7.5 as they are slightly plain and if you wait just a second too long to eat them out of the microwave, they get too chewy, but with toppings, that score goes up! Each box is $1.99.
