Trader Joe’s Mediterranean Orzo Salad Reviews

Mediterranean Orzo Salad: 8.5/10

As you all know, I haven’t found too many pre-made items at Trader Joe’s that I’ve been a fan of, so I was very happy to have tried and enjoyed this one. It tastes like it was made fresh at home! This delicious, bright salad is made up of orzo, spinach, feta, sun dried tomatoes, onions, and kalamata olives. The dressing is a golden balsamic vinegar dressing mixed with honey, garlic, pesto, and seasonings. So delicious and tangy yet slightly sweet! It’s such a refreshing pre-made meal that I could definitely see myself eating this all summer long. I really wish they didn’t use canola oil and soybean oil in this salad, but I appreciate how convenient it is. It was also very filling and was a great lunch on a bright sunny day. It’s $4.99 for this meal.

Have you tried it yet? What do you think?

  1. I love my TJ’s but so many items in all categories are super unhealthy and loaded with ingredients. I love to follow reviews but for me they say what to steer clear of! That said, love so many items. Lately Vegan Bolognese!

  2. This one used to be so delicious but the last couple of times I’ve purchased it, the orzo was mush & hardly any greens on top like before. I hope that was just bad luck x2 & they haven’t changed the recipe.
