Limone Alfredo Sauce: 8/10
🍋SEASONAL🍋 I was a little hesitant to try this Alfredo sauce because I thought the tartness of the lemon wouldn’t mix with the thick creaminess of the sauce. But I was so surprised how delicious it was! It tasted like the cacio e pepe sauce to me, but with a hint of lemon in it. This sauce is VERY thick! It definitely needs some pasta water to thin it out and even more lemon juice. Added fresh ground black pepper on top with shrimp would make this a delicious, summer meal! I will be buying a couple more jars for just that reason. Each jar is $3.49.
