Lemon curd is made up of lemon, eggs, sugar, and butter to make it an amazing blend of rich, sweet, and citrus. It tastes like the delicious filling of a lemon bar! I found it to be sweet and lemony without being too sickly sweet or overly tart. I get a lot of questions on how to use lemon curd, so here are some ideas! Brown a slice of poundcake in butter. Slightly warm the lemon curd and plop some on the slice of poundcake with fresh sliced strawberries. Delicious!

This stuff is dangerous. It rarely gets put “on” anything because it’s typically consumed directly from the jar by the spoonful (don’t judge me). It’s RIDICULOUSLY good. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋
