Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce: 9/10
This Italian Bomba sauce is made out of crushed Calabrian chili peppers, basil, salt, and olive oil/sunflower oil. The ingredient list is pretty straightforward, and the flavor of this sauce is out of this world good! It tastes like tapenade, but with chili peppers instead of olives. It’s more on the spicy side and pairs extremely well with Mac and cheese, as a spread on sandwiches, and on top of pizzas. Each jar is $2.99.
