Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce: 9/10
This Italian Bomba sauce is made out of crushed Calabrian chili peppers, basil, salt, and olive oil/sunflower oil. The ingredient list is pretty straightforward, and the flavor of this sauce is out of this world good! It tastes like tapenade, but with chili peppers instead of olives. It’s more on the spicy side and pairs extremely well with Mac and cheese, as a spread on sandwiches, and on top of pizzas. Each jar is $2.99.

I use this in so many dishes! A great substitute for chili paste, throw it in pastas, sesame noodles, on pizza, marinades!
I use it to toss edamame in it and mixed it with some sesame seeds, lemon and olive oil 😉 it’s yummy 🤤

One of the best food products in th🙌e world in my humble opinion! Incredibly versatile ingredient for taking ordinary recoded to a mew level…..deviled eggs, pasta dishes (even made fresh noodles with it!), homemade pimento cheese, protein marinades and glazes, crazy good mashed potatoes, grilled eggplant and summer squash……ok I’ll stop…it’s just damn good!
