Chantilly Cream Vanilla Bean Cake: 8.5/10
I love that Trader Joe’s offers these smaller bakery items! This cake is the perfect size for about 5-6 people to share. It was delicious and verrry rich. One reason I didn’t rate this higher is because I prefer my cake ratio to be higher than frosting. The cream cheese frosting was almost as thick as the cake. Vanilla bean is one of my favorite flavors so I was really hoping for it to be prominent, but I couldn’t really taste the vanilla bean, just plain vanilla. Overall, this cake is delicious and a great price of $4.49.
