Grilled Jerk Chicken Thigh Skewers with Mango Chutney: 3/10
🥭SEASONAL🥭 I like the idea of these a lot. Grilled chicken on a skewer is one of my favorite summer meals to BBQ! However, the texture of these chicken thigh skewers dropped the score significantly. The chicken is almost gummy and very soft. Not what I have experienced before with grilled chicken ever. The overall taste was pretty good and the delicious char on the outside of the chicken paired well with the sweet mango chutney, but I couldn’t get past the texture. This is a meal that I will definitely make on my own instead of buying again. Each box comes with 6 skewers for $5.49 with mango chutney on the side.
