Garlic Bread Cheese: 8/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 When I first saw the name of this brand new cheese, I knew I had to try! You all know I have almost never met a cheese I didn’t like and garlic on pretty much anything is a yes in my book! I had never heard of garlic cheese and was beyond excited to try it out. This cheese is a very squeaky cow’s milk cheese that had a texture similar to halloumi. The cheese was then dusted with garlic powder and baked to give it this beautiful, golden brown color and a delicious and bold garlic flavor. This cheese was not lacking on the garlic that’s for sure! What would’ve made this better would be if the cheese was a little creamier and less squeaky. This cheese would be so delicious melted into pasta or toasted on top of bread. I air fried some slices of cheese on top of baguettes and it was heavenly! I preferred this cheese melted than straight out of the fridge. Each block is $3.99.
