Fig Butter: 8/10
This fig butter is a great summer spread and would level up any charcuterie board. It is a sweet fig spread that reminds me so much of the inside of fig newtons. The texture is very seedy compared to most spreads, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I paired this fig butter with the delicious triple cream Brie to make the most amazing grilled cheese! Check out my story for the recipe! This #fig butter would also be amazing on a pizza with goat cheese. Each jar is $2.49.

This is one of my favorite Trader Joe’s items; I also love putting it on my lamb with rosemary and garlic for a savory-sweet combo 😋

Spread it on naan bread sort of like pizza sauce, top with goat cheese crumbles and bake until goat cheese is warmed, take it out of the oven slice and top with arugula. Makes a delicious appetizer
