Cranberry Chèvre: 10/10
I wait for this seasonal cheese to make its appearance every winter! It’s one of my favorite cheeses and here’s why. Compared to the other fruit rolled goat cheeses, the cranberry chèvre tastes superior and is more tangy and tart while still being incredibly smooth and spreadable. It resembles what an amazing, flavorful goat cheese should taste like! The blueberry vanilla goat cheese is more mild in my opinion and doesn’t taste as strong. The sweet cranberries rolled around the cheese add an amazing contrasting flavor profile to the tart goat cheese. This cheese is incredible on fig and olive crisps or in a French bread goat cheese and apple grilled cheese. Pick up a cranberry chèvre log for $3.99 to serve on your next charcuterie board.
