Berry Flavored Soft Licorice Twists: 8.5/10
Honestly, I’m not a big licorice fan. I never liked Twizzlers growing up, but I LOVED these #traderjoes Berry Licorice Twists! They are short, thick pieces of #licorice with a delicious berry flavor that I thought tasted a lot like sweet-tarts! They are definitely thicker and tougher than a traditional red vine or twizzler. I don’t know why it says “soft” on the bag because they definitely aren’t haha, but I liked the texture and how chewy they were. I would love to see more even more flavors in the future like cherry and orange! Each bag was $2.49.

I picked some of these up when I saw them on your haul and I love them! I’m not the biggest licorice fan but these are definitely great chewy snacks.

The strawberry ones are still my favorite but these are really good too. They left a little bit of a strange after taste in my mouth though

I get the black licorice all the time, so good and always fresh! This flavor I DID NOT LIKE! Not at all! Obviously won’t b buying again. Not what I think of when I think of licorice👎🏻

@traderjoesfoodreviews I went for it and got it! Only because recently I got some at sprouts bulk section (pre-bagged) and I think it like the sprouts Australian version better! They have a mix of mango, strawberry, and apple. Berry one is lighter in flavor. But they’re about similar textures!
I tried this after you recommended it and I gotta say I like the strawberry flavored more but it’s still delicious! 😇

Love the strawberry but these taste like cough syrup to me lol
I did not care for these. I thought they were going to taste like the Darrell Lea Australian licorice and it wasn’t even close. TJ licorice tasted very processed and the berry flavor wasn’t very potent. I ended up throwing out the rest of the bag after trying a few pieces 😞
1/10 🤢 but I do love the strawberry ones!
