Trader Joe’s Belgian Chocolate Pudding Reviews

Belgian Chocolate Pudding: 8/10

As a kid, I grew up eating those little pudding cups at lunch so pudding will always have a soft spot in my heart. This rendition of chocolate pudding is a very rich, very chocolatey pudding that felt like the grown up version of that childhood pudding. It has a nice flavor and a great pudding texture, but honestly I was expecting a little more from this one! I’m not sure what else I was expecting but I was slightly underwhelmed and felt like it tasted almost like those pudding cups but slightly richer. Many of you have messaged saying it’s delicious with the coconut whipped cream on top so I’ll definitely have to try that out in the future. It would also be good as a pie filling so I may have to bake one up! It’s $3.49 for the container.

Have you tried this yet? What’s your favorite way to eat it?

  1. There’s a recipe you can find online where you put this pudding in a Trader Joe’s pre-made pie crust, freeze for a bit, and boom you have chocolate cream pie! I’ll be doing this probably next week
