Fresh Bruschetta Sauce: 9.5/10
My favorite summer activity is happy hour outside with amazing appetizers and cocktails. This counts as an activity right? 😂 One of my go to appetizers to order out is bruschetta. This #traderjoes fresh bruschetta sauce is made with Roma tomatoes, an oil blend, white vinegar, salt, basil, garlic, sugar, and black pepper. The tomatoes taste so juicy and flavorful, and this is about everything I would put in my homemade bruschetta, but I docked a half point for the added canola oil and a touch too much vinegar. I know the vinegar is added to preserve this dip and I love the convenience of having this in my fridge for a quick appetizer, but I wouldn’t add that much if I were making it fresh. The garlic and basil also taste so fresh mixed with the tomatoes. I made the most incredible creamy goat cheese bruschetta (recipe coming soon in the second cookbook 🤫) and topped it with this sauce. AMAZING! Each container is $2.99.

Thanks for the find! I went to pick a tub up for a get together yesterday and it was a hit!
We love this mixed with feta and then put on toasted Cibatta or French bread and then topped with Balsamic Glaze. It’s reminiscent of Mellow Mushroom’s bruschetta.
I couldn’t find this when I went to TJs ☹️ where do they stock it?

Omg I love this. I eat in on pasta as the sauce and I also mix pesto and the bruschetta both into pasta as a sauce. Lastly I eat it traditional way on rounds of bread.

Mixed with lentils and goat cheese is so good!
Great in a grill cheese. Just make sure to drain the portion first so doesn’t make the sandwich soggy.
