This is a semi soft cheese from France. It is made from cow’s milk and has a very mild, smooth flavor. It’s a very solid, delicious cheese that would go well on any cheese board this holiday season!

I’m new to your IG, so excuse the creepy comment on a post from awhile ago! My Papa used to eat this on dry toast for breakfast. Cut a little bit off and “spread” before each bite. I have since carried on the tradition. Delicious!
