Veggie Fried Rice: 7.5/10

This vegetable #friedrice is a great quick meal to have in your freezer! It is precooked and then frozen so it only takes a few minutes to cook back up. The #rice turns out fluffy and the vegetables hold their flavor well. I add my own egg for extra #protein and some chili onion crunch. Out of the three fried rices (chicken, Japanese, and veggie), I like the veggie and the Japanese equally the best. The bag is $2.49.

  1. Staple! Staple! Staple! I cook this in my micro oven for about 3 minutes and stir fry with eggs,green onion, dash of soy sauce, roasted sesame seed oil (any korean brand)and roasted sesame seeds. It’s delicious. If I feel extra I’ll add corn and any meat option!

  2. I love the Veggie Fried Rice & the Japanese Fried Rice is good too! I scramble an egg for protein, slice up into little pieces & add the the rice for extra protein. A dash of Low Sodium Soy Sauce & it’s delicious! Vegetable Spring Rolls go well with this too! ✨
