These Sprinkles Walk Into a Sandwich Cookie: 9/10
🌸SEASONAL🌸 I was thinking these cookies would be too sweet for my taste, but I was pleasantly surprised! The outside is a melt in your mouth butter cookie filled with buttercream frosting and sprinkles. The pairing of the sweet filling and soft and crumbly cookie is like a party in your mouth! The sprinkles add the perfect little crunch. These reminded me a little of dunkaroos and funfhetti cake. These cookies mixed into a cake batter ice cream would be an incredible new #traderjoes ice cream flavor! They are very crumbly though, and I would’ve loved if the cookie was moister and there was more frosting inside! Each box is $2.99 and comes with 6 cookies. Great for a summer picnic dessert!
