Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage: 8/10
This chicken sausage is a delicious summer sausage with great ingredients (chicken and various spices). It wasn’t overly spicy at all and I enjoyed the flavors of the different seasonings especially the fennel seeds. These chicken sausages are already pre-cooked so they took only a few minutes to crisp up on the stove top. I paired this chicken sausage with the goat cheese and sun-dried tomato ravioli in a brown butter sauce, and it was a quick, delicious dinner. This package includes 4 sausages and is $3.99.
