Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing: 9/10
I always love the idea of a salad, but find when I make them at home they are rarely as good as they are from restaurants. This dressing tastes almost identical to the spicy cashew dressing at Sweet Green and makes my salads made at home taste like I paid $15 for them 😂 It’s a creamy, sweet, tangy dressing with a nice little spicy kick at the end. This dressing reminds me a lot of a spicy peanut sauce that I enjoy with Thai cuisine, but it’s perfect if you prefer cashews to peanuts or have an allergy. I love how the lime gives this dressing a great sweetness, and the ginger and peppers make it tangy and spicy. This dressing would be amazing over a salad with chicken, crispy rice, toasted almonds, and a squeeze of lime. It’s $3.99 for the bottle.
