Rustic Apple Tart: 8.5/10
Now that Halloween is over, who’s ready for thanksgiving and Christmas lights? ✨This apple tart was delicious and an amazing dessert after chili dinner on a cold, fall night. The tart is packed full with apples that tasted just like apple pie filling with sliced almonds and sugar sprinkled on top. It’s the type of dessert that just makes you feel all warm and cozy! I loved the crust, but wish it were a little thicker as I found that it got a bit soggy sitting under all the ooey gooey apples. My favorite part of tarts is the contrast of the filling and the crust and wished for that a little more in this tart. The crust around the edges held up well though! I highly recommend picking this up for $5.99.
