Potato Pancake Latkes: 8/10
These potato pancakes are deliciously crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. They are a little different than traditional homemade #latkes because with these the potatoes are almost mashed, then fried, and with traditional latkes, the potatoes are grated and then fried. I love #potatoes in all forms, and really enjoyed these potato pancakes. Each box is $2.49 from #traderjoes .

I used an airfryer w no added lol but felt they were too oily. I actually like the hash browns more that tjs offers. And I like to eat these with smoked salmon with red onions and an over easy egg, so good
