Irish Porter Cheddar: 7/10
This cheese is not as scary as it looks, I promise! It is a firm cheddar cheese with porter beer mixed throughout. The beer taste is very subtle and pairs nicely with the cheddar. While this cheese was good, I would only pick it up once a year for a St Paddy’s day meal. It would be great with a Guinness! It is $11.99/lb.
