Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli: 8.5/10
This is one of my favorite raviolis and I get so excited when it comes back every fall! I would say the pumpkin ravioli is a little on the sweet side with each ravioli being stuffed with pumpkin, cheeses, honey, brown sugar, and molasses. The filling almost reminds me a little of pumpkin pie, but not as sweet. The cheese and the pasta help to balance out the sweetness of the honey roasted pumpkin. I love pairing this ravioli with a browned sage butter and Apple Chardonnay chicken sausage. Each container is $3.69.

These were delicious with the autumnal harvest sauce!! Perfect balance of sweet and savory! Added a little spicy crumbled Italian sausage for more texture and protein 🤤

I was SO excited for these and went 3 times before I found them in stock. Sadly, I kind of hated them… I’d give them a 5/10. The butternut squash ones are so much better!!
I was let down by this ravioli 😕 I even made it with a brown butter sage sauce. I think the filling is just too plain for me.
We just had then and we didn’t like them ! I would give a 5 they were just ok and I wouldn’t buy them again !
I tried it for the first time and this year and fried sage in brown butter to top the ravioli. It tastes wonderful, and I like the idea of adding the apple Chardonnay chicken sausage for a protein👏👏
I just had for dinner. Absolutely delicious!! I made a light sauce with butter, sage, white wine and a pinch of nutmeg.

I was wondering where I could find pumpkin ravioli. Half baked harvest has a recipe that I want to try but don’t have the energy to make the raviolis separately. Can’t wait to try it.
I had this last night with no sauce and It was nothing like I expected, it was interesting. Tastes like if pumpkin pie filling was inside a ravioli 😂it was good but not quite sure how to feel about it
