Dark Chocolate Covered Marshmallows: 8/10
Trader Joe’s has some incredible marshmallows! They are soo fluffy, taste like vanilla, and are vegan. These dark chocolate marshmallows are such a fun treat! With the chocolate coating the marshmallow and gelatin as an ingredient, they are no longer vegan like their usual marshmallows, but still delicious. These marshmallows almost melt in your mouth and definitely melt in hot cocoa. I liked the contrast of the crunch of the chocolate shell to soft, fluffy marshmallow. I highly recommend adding a couple to your mug of cocoa for an even more decadent drink. I am so glad these marshmallows are still here for Valentine’s Day, and I would like these even better if they were milk chocolate. Each box is $2.99.
