Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans: 9/10

Chocolate and coffee are my love languages! Combine the two and I’m in heaven. After trying the little bag of assorted espresso beans and loving them, I picked up the larger container of just the dark chocolate and love them even more! I’m not the biggest white chocolate fan, so I enjoy having just the dark chocolate in this container. Not to mention, it’s a great size that doesn’t run out quick! Each crunchy espresso bean is covered in a thick layer of creamy dark chocolate. I love grabbing a handful of these after lunch for a little afternoon pick me up. If you love coffee and chocolate you will love these! Compared to the other chocolatey treats like the peanut butter cups and s’mashing s’mores, I would say I buy those more, but still love indulging in these. Each container is $4.79.

  6. I should try these too. My problem is that TJ’s used to have a similar product but it was in a small, round, brown, tin container, and instead of just chocolate covering(I think it was a coffee bean instead of an espresso bean), it was coffee bean, with a layer of hard caramel, with a layer of chocolate. The caramel offset the bitter bean and the chocolate was always welcome. I think they discontinued it, and I often mistake the chocolate orange tin at the checkout for it because I believe those are the same tins! I am biased, I miss them!
    This is a great review, it gives me hope that I’ll find chocolate-covered coffee-esque love again!!
