Corn Cookie Baking Mix: 8.5/10
These Corn Cookies are SO much better than I expected them to be! To be honest, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I thought they would be more savory like a corn bread cookie to be used as a side for chili. These #corncookies are more on the sweet side and taste almost IDENTICAL to sugar cookies with ground corn mixed in. The mix is so easy to bake up (mix in 2 sticks of softened butter and 1 egg with the packaged mix) and I’m happy to say it turns into amazing cookies! I don’t know how often I’ll desperately crave a corn cookie, but these would be a great dessert at a BBQ or crab boil! It’s $2.99 for this baking mix.
