Chocolate Mousse Cake: 9/10
It’s almost Valentine’s Day and I cannot wait! This mousse cake would be an amazing dessert to share with your lover, or… to keep all for yourself! It is soo rich and decadent. It’s a moist chocolate cake with layers of chocolate mousse covered in a thick chocolate ganache shell. If you’ve ever had the chocolate mousse pumpkins or chocolate mousse eggs, this is the exact same just in a larger cake form. I am so sad that they did not bring back the chocolate raspberry mini mousse cakes this year, because as much as I love chocolate cake, I love chocolate raspberry even more! Still, I highly recommend picking this cake up for $3.99 for a delicious V-Day dessert.
