Chocolate Chip Sandwich Cookies: 8.5/10
These Trader Joe’s chocolate chip sandwich cookies are so delicious! It says that the chocolate chip cookies are crispy but I found them to be soft cookies filled with a thin layer of creamy chocolate fudge filling. These cookies are extremely dangerous, and I found it way too easy to almost polish off half the box in one sitting. They are very rich, and taste very buttery. I would love to see a chocolate peppermint cookie version around the holiday season! Each box is $3.99.
