Cheddar Style Slices: 2/10
I had high hopes for these vegan cheddar slices! I typically really enjoy vegan cheese that’s made out of cashews, but these cheddar slices were just not good. They were very wet and did not taste like cheddar to me. The slices tasted almost weirdly sweet and had a crumbly and almost gritty texture to them. So far, I have been very impressed with Trader Joe’s vegan products, but these cheddar style slices are not an item I would purchase again. Each pack is $3.99.

Yes,and I did not like them. The texture was strange and they really didn’t taste cheesy.

Yes I got these by mistake actually. I kept them and was like hey they may be good. They weren’t. They stayed a mistake lol
I went in today and I think they are gone! I got them a week ago. They weren’t good at all
It says “great for melting” that’s a lie, it didn’t melt at all. And I thought it was gritty too, and yes wet, which was weird. I thought it was my fridge LOL I really wanted to like this, and was really looking forward to trying it but ehhh not a fan either

I am eating these right now as I type, and they are absolutely 100% DISGUSTING! I had such high hopes because TJ’s other non-dairy cheeses are awesome. Save your money! These things are dry & crumbly & have an awful flavor.
I didn’t like these at allllll. I was bummed because I’m loving a lot of traders new vegan options!
I was so excited, but they were just awful. Will not buy again. Chao makes good sliced vegan cheese.

These were good melted!! Give them a try if you plan to melt them on things!

This was without a doubt the worst vegan cheese I have had in my life. There wasn’t a single redeeming quality for me.
