Trader Joe’s Cacio e Pepe Ravioli Reviews

Cacio e Pepe Ravioli: 8.5/10

This new ravioli takes me back to late night dinners in Italy! It’s stuffed with a delicious combo of ricotta and pecorino Romano cheese and peppercorns which gave it a hint of spice to balance out the sweeter cheese. I definitely enjoyed the cheesiness and thought it was a good amount of pepper flavor – not overpowering. However, I definitely think that these raviolis were under stuffed and wished for more filling! Cacio e Pepe Ravioli is one of my favorite raviolis from #traderjoes so far along with the cauliflower and honey roasted pumpkin. I definitely suggest picking this new ravioli up and enjoying with a brown butter garlic sauce and a glass of red. It’s $3.49 for this pasta.

Have you tried it yet? What’s your favorite ravioli from TJ’s?

  1. Just made these last night and loved em!! While I agree I would want them to be stuffed a little more, these were also the first ravioli I’ve made that haven’t broken up in the pot on me. Either way, they tasted awesome!!
