Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese: 8/10
I was so excited to see that Fall has officially arrived! My favorite part of the year has begun! I absolutely love this delicious butternut squash mac & cheese. This product is such a unique twist on the classic mac & cheese. It is cheesy and the butternut squash lends a great, rich flavor without being overly squashy or vegetable flavored. I love the shape of these noodles, and they turn out perfectly al dente. I like my pasta a little more firm, and these noodles hold their own very well in the delicious butternut squash cheese sauce that’s made up of Gouda, Parmesan, cheddar, and has hints of sage and nutmeg. I paired this Mac and cheese with TJ’s sweet apple chicken sausage and it really got me in the mood for fall. The box is $2.99 and comes with 2 servings.
