Brownie Crisp Coffee Ice Cream Sandwiches: 7.5/10
Thank you all so much for the support of the brand new Cooking Through Trader Joe’s cookbook! I’m so excited for you to receive your copies 😍🎉❤️ I tried these ice cream sandwiches last year, but liked them so much better this time around! Something changed for the better. The coffee ice cream is creamy and delicious and is the same coffee ice cream found in the large carton at Trader Joe’s. I know it’s a favorite of a lot of people, but it is not my number one choice for favorite coffee ice cream. I much prefer häagen-dazs or even cold stone. With that said, it still is quite good and these ice cream sandwiches are generously filled with a thick slab of it! The brownie crisps themselves are soft and chewy and not crispy at all which I enjoyed. The chocolate chips are delicious in these sweet brownies, but the brownie tastes a little like a sugar free dessert. With each ice cream sandwich being only 140 calories, these are an excellent treat, but not my first choice. I would much prefer the sublime ice cream sandwiches 😍 Each box of 4 sandwiches is $3.99.

Did not like the brownie. Flavor was off, I think because they are gluten free. Ice cream part was great.

Have you tried the Oreo mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches? There are mini and the perfect bite!!
