Brioche Buns: 9/10
When I think of summer, I think of grilling out! These brioche buns are so delicious to use for burgers, sandwiches, or veggie patties. The buns taste like the same brioche as the brioche slices and brioche hot dog buns and are light, fluffy, and airy. The brioche already tastes slightly buttery and rich, and is made even better floated and toasted in just a little dab of butter. I love making chicken sandwiches with these buns and adding lots of guacamole and fried jalapeño pieces on top. Yum! Once you have these brioche buns, it’s almost impossible to go back to regular buns! My only complaint, is they dry out quick. Make sure to use within a day or two of bringing home. Each bag of 4 buns is $3.99.
