Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage: 8/10
This chicken sausage is a delicious summer sausage with great ingredients (chicken and various spices). It wasn’t overly spicy at all and I enjoyed the flavors of the different seasonings especially the fennel seeds. These chicken sausages are already pre-cooked so they took only a few minutes to crisp up on the stove top. I paired this chicken sausage with the goat cheese and sun-dried tomato ravioli in a brown butter sauce, and it was a quick, delicious dinner. This package includes 4 sausages and is $3.99.

I’ve tried the garlic and herb and sundried tomatoe and basil chicken sausages so far and both are delicious! The Italian and maybe the Jalapeno are next on my list. Are they all pre cooked? Bc I havent paid attention have been pan frying them 😂

This one is a little too salty, my fave is the garlic herb sausage and jalapeño pepper sausage.
Really hate that a lot of their chicken sausages are in pork casings.

I don’t eat pork and thought great, chicken sausage yay! Until I saw it was encased in natural pork casing. Wtf. Super disappointed.
Yaasss I love this chicken sausage. I made it with the feta pasta @traderjolene always makes and it was perfection 🤣🤣
I LOVE the chicken apple sausage!!! This one is good too! Especially if you mix them together!
Have you reviewed any of the other chicken sausage?? I don’t love Italian sausage but I have so many other faves. The sweet apple, jalapeño, roasted garlic and roasted red pepper (I use the last 2 for sausage and peppers!)

I Try to eat these as a breakfast sausage and that didn’t go well but I’m hoping to add it to a pasta or thinking I would like it a little bit better on a pizza
