Ghost Pepper Cheddar: 4/10
I was super excited to try this cheese because I LOVE spicy things and LOVE cheddar. However, I was pretty let down. It is almost too spicy and acidic to even taste the cheese. I didn’t really enjoy this plain, and when I added it to my grilled cheese, it overpowered the whole sandwich. It is $7.99/lb.
