Crispy Onion Chips: 4.5/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨I was expecting these to taste sort of like a Funyun, but they were very different. The texture was very similar to styrofoam, not the crispy/crunchy texture that I was expecting. They were more airy, but I was hoping for more of a chip like texture. The smaller pieces did get a little crunchier and were better! I didn’t hate the taste, it tasted almost similar to a caramelized onion, but it was much sweeter than I expected and could’ve used more salt. I also couldn’t really get past the fact that I was just eating onion straight up haha. Not my first choice of a snack! I bet these would pair well with the caramelized onion dip. Overall, I don’t think I’d buy these again but if you’re looking for a healthier onion tasting “chip” this would probably be a good option for you. It’s $2.69 for the bag.
