Cornbread Crisps: 8/10
Cornbread is one of my favorite foods, especially as it gets closer to holiday time, so it makes me happy to see all of the cornbread inspired products that Trader Joe’s is putting on the shelves. If you’ve ever wanted cornbread in chip form, then this salty and slightly sweet snack is perfect for you. It reminds me of a pita chip with a slightly, gritty corn bread texture. The corn meal adds a nice texture to these that is very reminiscent of corn bread! The more I ate them, the more I like these and can definitely see myself going back for more. These cornbread crisps would be amazing dipped in chili or soup on a cold fall night! It’s $2.49 for the bag.
