Triple Cream Brie with Wild Mushrooms: 4/10
This cheese was waaaayyy too mushroomy for me. Wow. It was just straight up overpowering the Brie and was hard to eat 🤢 If you LOVE mushrooms, maybe you’ll love this cheese, but I just couldn’t get through it.

I agree. I’d give it a 6/10 for me because it grew on me a little but the mushroom was very overpowering to me too
The regular triple cream is perfection- no need to mess with it!

This on their water cracker and a touch of honey is everything! The honey down plays the mushroom
I had the same problem too strong of flavor. So I used it in my alfredos and other cheese based dinners in small amounts and it was pretty great. Gave the perfect hint of mushroom in small doses
