Spicy Chai Tea Latte Mix: 9/10
Chai has always been one of my favorite drinks! Growing up in Colorado, we would always get the best chai in the world after a beautiful day skiing the fresh snow on the mountain. Since then, I have been on the hunt for the best store bought chai. Even though the packaging says this is a spicy chai, I didn’t find it to be too spicy at all but it was delicious. I do prefer a sweeter chai and would say this chai was sweet with a hint of that traditional chai spice. I mixed mine with some hot water, frothed milk, and a double shot of espresso and it was the perfect morning pick me up. Especially on these rainy summer days we have been having in CO! The warm notes of chai made it feel like fall in our house. I will say, this chai is loaded with sugar 😱 I did not add the full 2 scoops the directions recommended and found that 1/2 a scoop was more than enough. Each can is $3.99.

Ugh wish this had less sugar but def going to try it as a special treat!

This is Life !! I really dislike protein powder, but….. 2 scoops of my #Arbonne vanilla protein & one of their fiber, one scoop of this, a dash of vanilla extract, half oat milk, half water 🤌🏽🤌🏽 I could drink my protein shake all day
