Jicama Wraps: 6/10
The only ingredient in these wraps is jicama. Jicama is a cross between a water chestnut and an apple which makes these wraps a little crunchy and verrrry wet. The moisture that this vegetable carries made it not very enjoyable in dishes. While I do like #jicama as a vegetable, but don’t necessarily want it as my taco wrap. If I were looking for an alternative to a tortilla, my first choice would be a delicious lettuce wrap. I will use these grated up in salads and roasted with other sheet pan veggies. I think these are a great option if you have dietary restrictions, but personally I will not buy again. Each pack is $3.99.

I love these with cold food, they’re perfect with chicken salad or mini sandwich wraps! I can see how they wouldn’t work with warm food though.
So gross they taste like they are soaked in a chemical bath

I actually prefer these to lettuce wraps…used with taco fillings and for lunch with tuna!
I’ve used these as tacos shells but I pan fry till a tad crispy. I’m not a fan of “raw” jicama so it helps to cook it

I just bought these and I actually fry them up in a pan on each side for a bit and find that they’re not wet at all when I do this! I’ve been using them for my egg tacos in the morning for a low carb option!
Flavor was fine, I made fruit tacos out of them but I wasn’t a fan of the sliminess. (Made it hard to eat in “taco” form)

They have a dirt flavor to them unlike their jicama sticks…. I dunno wasn’t a fan of the wetness.

I rlly liked these as breakfast taco wraps! I patted them down to get rid of some moisture and i actually like the crunchy texture
I love them with Mayo and Turkey for roll ups!
