Cookie Butter Sandwich: 8/10
These cookie butter sandwiches highlight one of Trader Joe’s top selling items! Anything with cookie butter is a win for me, but I wish there was a thicker layer of it inside. I could easily find myself dipping these cookies straight into the cookie butter jar. The cookie itself is buttery and flaky, but more firm than a short bread cookie. The perfect pair! Each box is $3.99.
