Cauliflower Thins: 8/10
These Cauliflower Thins were surprisingly amazing! I didn’t think I was going to like them as much as I did. They are made of grated cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, egg, and yeast. That’s it! The added cheese and yeast gave them a delicious cheesy and robust flavor. They tasted almost like a cheese egg soufflé to me with a thinner and more bread like texture. They’re an amazing substitute for sandwich bread or a great size for a personal pizza loaded up with toppings. The one thing that I didn’t enjoy as much is how soggy these #cauliflower thins got. I recommend toasting them up before using. These are fairly expensive at $3.99 for 4 thins.
Have you tried these yet? What do you think?
Yep love them! Made myself a grilled cheese sandwich yesterday with it.
We just tried them tonight with dinner. Was a great burger bun substitute we toasted before and agree they do get soggy but we’re delish! Will definitely get them again
I like these but I was disappointed that they didn’t turn out crispier when toasted. Did yours??
Bought for the first time 3 days ago. Plan on doing 🌮 with mine
I love these!! I put chicken salad on it and made avocado toast with it with an egg on top. They are delish. I went to go get them again and they were already sold out 🤦🏻♀️
Love LOVE LOVE THESE!!!!!! 👍❤️❤️❤️
I can’t imagine eating them out of the bag. Toasted or pan/air fried they are amazing!!
Do you know what aisle to get them? I couldn’t find them at mine!

Yes, a bit expensive but I really like them with the gyro meat Trader Joe’s sells. So good.
These are so good. Pricey for the amount you get but worth it. Def have to roast first
